Their claim service was great. Also their pricing was competitive. Im very pleased with them as an insurer of my home.

Ok wanted to update my one star review on Tower Hill below. After this review Tower Hill reassigned my case to a new Claims Rep. She is very nice and thorough. I also reached out to my agent who worked on my behalf also. They are going to cover my claim as of now. I feel like they deserve four stars and I would recommend them going forward. Thank you Tower Hill.

Do not use Tower Hill Home Owners Insurance. Had a hail storm in our neighborhood. Had the roof inspected and our contractor and even Tower Hills Ind field inspector said their was hail damage. All the houses around us are getting new roofs and we were turned down by their inside adjustor. Be ware if you sign with them they are wonderful at taking your money and then turning you down on the claims. Go with a national chain insurance that has a good reputation. Do not go with Tower Hill
